Nestify (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates yournestify.com, an AI-powered real estate search platform for New Jersey and New York. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using Nestify, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and authentication details (including if you sign in with Google). Profile and preferences: Information you provide during onboarding, saved searches, watchlists, saved homes, and listing submissions. Property and search data: Search queries, filters, and interactions with listings to improve results and alerts. User-submitted listings: Address, photos, property details, and contact information you provide when listing a property or submitting an off-market lead. Payment information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Technical data: Device type, browser, IP address, and usage logs used for security, analytics, and service reliability. Communications: Messages you send us and emails we send regarding alerts, account activity, and product updates.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve Nestify, including personalized search, saved-search alerts, watchlist notifications, and listing tools; authenticate your account and keep it secure; process subscriptions and manage billing; review and publish user-submitted listings; send transactional emails and, where permitted, product updates; comply with legal obligations; and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
MLS and third-party data
Listing data displayed in search results is sourced from third-party MLS feeds and data providers, including GSMLS (New Jersey) and OneKey MLS (New York), as well as other integrated listing sources. Nestify is not a multiple listing service. MLS data is provided for informational purposes only and may not be used for commercial redistribution without authorization from the applicable MLS or data provider. Property details, availability, and pricing may change without notice.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate Nestify, such as Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), SendGrid or Resend (email delivery), Google (sign-in and address autocomplete), and Mapbox (maps). When you submit a listing, relevant property information may be displayed to other users according to the visibility settings you choose. Off-market and homeowner listings are reviewed before publication; your private contact details are not shown publicly unless you explicitly opt in. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or acquisition.
Cookies and local storage
Nestify uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the product is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.
Data retention and security
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may update profile information in your account settings, unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in those messages, and request account deletion by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. California residents may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes and contact
